This hotel has the perfect location for travelers, 5' walking distance from the train station. It is also 10 steps away from the tram stop #12 which will essentially take you around the town connecting or stopping near the main points of interest (Anker Brygge, King's Palace, Vigeland, Akershus...). It is inside the entrance gallery of the Folketeatret, so you may be a bit disoriented, as we were, in looking for it. But it is in a cool place and also the architectural positioning is attractive. Very friendly staff, attentive to your needs and kind in fulfilling all requests. Breakfast is one of the highlights, the best we found in our 10 days travel in Norway. extreme variety, warm, cold, juices, fruits... anything you want... as much you want too. As an added benefit consider the fika and the dinner provided in the price. I have read other ratings with non complimenting notes for both... I have to disagree. We got it for 2 days and we were very satisfied. Fika around 4PM is a good break while walking around the town, sit, relax, get coffee/tea or some beverage, along with light food or some sweets. Dinners was varied (one night tacos the other was indian kitchen meal) offered both vegetarian and non vegetarian food, included a warm soup too. The serving team is always super supportive and kind to solve any request.

The only real downside of this hotel is that 15m2 room is very small. The amenities in the room are 3 star hotel (e.g. space, no coffee machine, or water, no slippers) For one person is sufficient, but for couples, if not used to having a spacelly afficient room, I advise picking a bigger room. The bathroom is also spatially afficient, luckilly, there has been a little table under the sink to pull out and get additional space for placing things. Breakfast is excellent, as well as the location. Bed is great, soft. I asked for additional cover and in the evening it was on the bed. Reception staff is very kind and helpful. The bonus is the complementary dinner and coffee.

Very good located hotel Short walking distance from the main train station and 15-20min walk to the harbor areas. The hotel entrance is inside the mall/theater. Welcoming helpful friendly staff works there. It is a High quality place and design from the reception, restaurant and the rooftop terrace. Rooms are okay. Nice and you have there what you need. The service is amazing. Very good breakfast served in the restaurant For the afternoon they offer “fika” a break and coffee and cookies Than the dinner is served at the restaurant on the 7th floor. It is very delicious and every meal is different for each day.

We loved our room - loads of space for us and 2 kids. Balcony was brilliant. The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful. Dinner is a buffet on 7th floor - we had Thai fish curry, rice and salad. There were chicken goujons and wedges but these were finished in the first 5 min and did not get refilled. We got breakfast bags as we were leaving early - these need pre booking if you need this. It was a ham and cheese sandwich, a yoghurt, an apple and a bottle of pineapple juice. Perfect for our train journey. Fika was great - it is a piece of cake and coffee / tea / hot chocolate.

Fantastic location, ideal as central to everything in Oslo. Meals were included and were of a very high standard, additionally giving a huge cost saving as food and drinks are so expensive in restaurants. Breakfast buffet was vast and genuinely the largest buffet selection we have come across anywhere. Brilliant service too. The evening meals were varied each night of our stay and the weekly menu was available to look at in the lounge. Loved this hotel and would definitely go back and totally recommend it.
